Photography is my avocation
Photography has been my avocation for over 20 years. I began my photography journey in 1999. when I apprenticed under a wedding photographer during graduate school. With photography that is natural, relaxed, and beautifully lit, I aim to bring a comfortable and friendly approach to each session.
I place an equal focus on the overall experience for my clients and on capturing moments and relationships. Sometimes the best photos are unplanned and candid; I am always looking for those moments and will use my experience and expertise to save them. Trust me to be caught in the moment.
I am available for events and personal sessions in Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. Personal (e.g. your own backyard) and public spaces can be used for locations.
